Is it safe to work out if you're unwell or showing symptoms?
"You can do mild forms of physical activity, but of course, if you do show mild symptoms just ensure you don’t overexert yourself. Try low-impact exercise that you can do from the comfort of your own home such as Yoga, Pilates or other forms of mat exercise. If you do have the luxury of owning an exercise bike or cross trainer, you can also do mild forms of exercise on this providing you don’t over-do it. If after any form of physical activity, you feel more breathless than usual or just unwell, stop and don’t do any more until you’ve had a health check."
